New court date for man accused of murder on Ochapowace First nation

A new court date has been set for an Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with second degree murder, after a death on the reserve.

33-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where he had his matter adjourned to Feb. 18.

In April of last year, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence on a report of an injured man.

32-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace, was pronounced dead at the scene.
