A Valley River First Nation man arrested in connection with a road rage incident in Dauphin, has admitted his guilt.
In Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Thu), 29-year-old Dylan Smith pleaded guilty to impaired driving.
He was sentenced to 150 days in jail, but due to the time he’s already served in custody, he only had 12 days left behind bars.
Smith also received a 3-year driving suspension.
On October 8, Dauphin RCMP received a report that a vehicle was being chased by another vehicle, and that the driver was brandishing a knife.
