January mornings can be seriously chilly, and today was no exception! As I started scraping my windshield, I realized the ice wasn’t just outside…it had formed inside the car, too. Talk about a surprise!
@gx94radio Seriously, how does ice end up on the inside of car??? -Olivia . . . #winter #windshield #canadianwinter #winterthings
I’m usually pretty careful: windows up, snow knocked off my boots, but the inside ice still found a way. Turns out, it can happen for lots of reasons. Maybe some sneaky moisture, thawing weather, or even a door seal that’s not quite perfect.
After a bit of googling, I learned that even when you do everything right, Canadian winters have their own plans. Looks like a little extra ice is just part of the deal living here. I’ll definitely be picking up a smaller scraper for inside the car from now on. Winter keeps us guessing, but a positive attitude (and the right tools) go a long way!
