YORKTON — Another court appearance has been made by a man charged in connection with a fatal two-vehicle collision near Wapella.
Zachary Taylor, 22, of Codette, faces numerous charges, including impaired driving causing death.
In Yorkton Provincial Court Jan. 16, his case was adjourned for decision to Feb. 6.
In Sept. of 2024, Moosomin RCMP received a report of a crash on Highway 1, about two kilometres east of Wapella.
A semi-unit and a truck had collided, and a 22-year-old Grande Prairie, Alta., woman, who was a passenger in the truck, was pronounced dead at the scene.
