A new court date has been set for a Brandon man, arrested in connection with a pair of stabbing incidents in Dauphin.
31-year-old Marcus Mclean was in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Mon), where he was committed to stand trial in Court of King’s Bench, and remanded in custody to February 23.
In the early morning hours of May 29, Dauphin RCMP received a report that a 25-year-old woman had been stabbed outside a business in the city.
While on scene, Mounties received a report that a 53-year-old woman had been stabbed and sexually assaulted at a residence in Dauphin.
