Mounties from the Carrot River and Nipawin RCMP detachments are investigating a robbery.
Around 12:50 a.m. on Feb. 4, Carrot River RCMP were called to a reported robbery at a business in that community, and upon arrival, they found that a suspect had entered the business, threatened an individual with a gun, and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from both the business and the individual’s vehicle.
No one was hurt in the incident.
Police say the suspect was wearing a black hoodie, black and red checkered coat and devil mask at the time of the incident, and he may be driving a blue 2015 Mazda 3 with Saskatchewan licence plate 063-LGZ.
