Dauphin woman sentenced for two separate drug busts

Sentencing has been handed down to a Dauphin woman, who admitted to two separate drug busts.

30-year-old Angel Chartrand was in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), where she received a conditional sentence of 562 days, to be served in the community.

In January of last year, Mounties conducted a traffic stop in Dauphin, and seized crystal meth, cocaine, and various prescription drugs.

Then, two weeks later, police conducted another traffic stop in Dauphin, and seized oxycodone, crystal meth, cocaine, codeine, and cash.
