BROADVIEW — An Ochapowace First Nation man charged with second-degree murder has appeared in court again.
Thirty-three-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview provincial court Feb. 18, where his matter was adjourned to Feb. 25.
In April 2024, Broadview RCMP were called to a residence on Ochapowace First Nation following a report of an injured man.
Thirty-three-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace was pronounced dead at the scene.
