A new development in the case of a Dauphin man, arrested for trespassing.
In Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), the charges against 43-year-old Craig Shingoose were stayed, but all items seized, were forfeited.
Last November, Mounties spotted a man trespassing on a property on Main Street North in Dauphin.
They seized a large knife, a small amount of crystal meth, unmarked tobacco, and cash.
