YORKTON – A Saltcoats man, facing numerous charges, including attempted murder, in connection with an assault on a young child in Yorkton, has appeared in court again.
Frederick Stewart, 42, was in Yorkton Court of King’s Bench Feb. 27, where he had his matters set over to March 3.
In February of 2025, Yorkton RCMP received a report of a serious assault at a home on Waterloo Road. A child, who was under the age of six, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
