FORT QU’APPELLE – There is a new development in the case of an 18-year-old man charged in connection with a death in Wolseley.
In August of 2024, Indian Head RCMP were called to a home on a report of a shooting.
Eighteen-year-old Keilia Windigo was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man, who can’t be named, because he was underage at the time, is charged with manslaughter with a firearm.
He pleaded guilty to the charge in Fort Qu’Appelle Provincial Court on March 2, and was remanded in custody for sentencing on April 2.
