The 49th edition of Easter Seals Snowrama was another record-breaker.
A total of 250 pledge raisers took part in the event, raising a total of $296,075, to allow children, youth and adults experiencing disabilities to go to Camp Easter Seal, and to access Adaptive Technologies Services and the Summer Fun Program.
Part of that overall total includes money raised through the fourth annual “Bowlarama for Snowarama,” held on Feb. 20, which saw 17 teams and 80 bowlers raising $28,261.
The annual snowmobile ride was held Mar. 7, with Kenn Propp as the top individual fundraiser, bringing in $43,294, followed by Larry Hilworth, who raised $36,788, and Kevin Hrushka, who brought $35,148.
Proceeds from the Mar. 7 banquet, that wrapped up the event, are still to be added to the overall total.
