HUDSON BAY — A Hudson Bay man facing child pornography charges has appeared in court again.
In Hudson Bay Provincial Court on March 19, Jess Binkley, 43, had his matters adjourned to April 2.
In December 2024, the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit began an online investigation related to child pornography.
Last April, officers executed a search warrant at a home in Hudson Bay, where electronic devices were seized and examined by investigators.
