A man arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on the Ebb & Flow First Nation, has appeared on court again.
In December of 2024, Ste. Rose RCMP responded to a shooting on a highway near Ebb & Flow, where they found a 34-year-old man lying beside a truck.
He was was taken to hospital in Dauphin, but he died from his injuries.
54-year-old Cyril St. Paul is charged with second degree murder.
After his preliminary hearing in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), St. Paul was committed to stand trial in Dauphin Court of King’s Bench.
