Good news was delivered this afternoon (Mon) at the Co-op refinery in Regina.
Unifor National’s Scott Doherty confirmed he, national president Jerry Dias and Local 594 president Kevin Bittman are meeting with Federated Co-op CEO Scott Banda in Saskatoon.
Doherty says there were no concessions made or agreements with FCL regarding the blockade or movement of trucks in order to get this meeting.
Doherty added that there is fuel leaving the facility by rail and pipeline, but it’s not a lot.
