Saskatchewan Set to Raise Minimum Wage This Weekend

Minimum wage in Saskatchewan will officially increase to 14 dollars per hour this Sunday.

The 14 dollar rate is still dead last in the entire country.

With the cost of living sky-rocketing the Saskatchewan Federation of Labour is again calling for the government to fast track their plan and raise it to 15 per hour.’

SFL President Lori Johb said that no one should work full time and live in poverty, but added its a sad reality for many Saskatchewan Residents.
