The Yorkton Chamber of Commerce held its 24th annual Business Dinner last night at St. Mary’s Cultural Centre.
The sellout crowd heard the inspiring story of guest speaker Jess Tetu who told those in attendance that regardless of what hardships you may face in life, you have the choice in how you respond to those challenges, in order to rise up and be successful.
Tetu, who was born and raised in Craik, Saskatchewan, is founder and CEO of several companies, ranging from days spas, jewelry and cosmetics, to consulting, as well as a non-profit addiction recovery charity.
The business dinner is part of the Yorkton Chamber’s celebration of 125 years of advocating for the local business community.
