A male youth, charged in connection with a shooting death on the George Gordon First Nation, has appeared in court again.

Police were called to a home on the reserve February 2nd, where they found a boy under the age of 10, dead at the scene.

As a result of the investigation, a boy, who can’t be named due to his age, was charged with Manslaughter with a Firearm.  

He’s scheduled to appear in Wynyard Court on January 29th for a Preliminary Inquiry.
