New court date for Winnipeg woman charged in connection with death of Indian Head Mountie

Another court appearance has been made by one of two Winnipeg residents, charged in connection with the death of an Indian Head RCMP officer.

In June of 2021 in Wolseley, Constable Shelby Patton stopped a truck that had reportedly been stolen from Manitoba, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck ran him over.

45-year-old Marlene Pagee, who is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, remains in custody, to make her next appearance in Regina Provincial Court on January 12th.

Her co-accused, 44-year-old Alphonse Traverse, has pled guilty to Manslaughter, and is scheduled to be sentenced on February 29th.
