A new court date has been set for a 61-year-old woman, charged in connection with a death in Yorkton.

Last Thursday, RCMP were called to a home on Sixth Avenue North to conduct a welfare check, and upon arrival, found the body of William Byblow.

Donna Spilchen is charged with Second Degree Murder.

She remains in custody for her court appearance next Monday in Yorkton.
