New Court Date for Suspects Charged in Death of Cote First Nation Boy

Two of four people charged in connection with a homicide on the Keeseekoose First Nation, have appeared in court again.

In Kamsack yesterday (Tue), 42-year-old Edgar Kakakaway Senior and 21-year-old Telesphore Wapash of Keeseekoose, had their matters adjourned to January 16th.

They’re both charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

In November of last year, Kamsack RCMP were called to the Keeseekoose First Nation, where a 16-year-old Cote First Nation boy was found dead at the scene.
