A man accused of escaping from the Whitespruce Provincial Training Centre near Yorkton, has admitted his guilt.

On July 7, RCMP say two men escaped from the facility during the night.

22-year-old Chase Ahpay was arrested on July 15 in Saskatoon.

Ahpay appeared in Yorkton Court last week, where he was sentenced to an additional five months in jail.
