One of three people arrested in connection with a death on the Keeseekoose First Nation, has appeared in court again.
21-year-old Edgar Kakakaway Junior is charged with Second Degree Murder, and in Yorkton Court of King’s Bench Friday, he had his matter adjourned to February 28.
Two other people have admitted to being an Accessory After the Fact to Murder.
In November of 2022, Kamsack RCMP were called to the Keeseekoose First Nation, where they found a 16-year-old Cote First Nation boy dead at the scene.
