The Yorkton Film Festival has announced the recipients of its mentorship program scholarships for 2025.
The call for applications went out in February, and Festival executive director Randy Goulden noted in a release that many strong applications came in from across Canada.
The jury of film industry professionals from across the country have chosen Timothy Lenko of Saskatchewan, Ande Brown of Manitoba and Ilse Moreno Uribe of Ontario as this year’s scholarship recipients.
The YFF Mentorship Program brings emerging filmmakers and established film industry professionals together, to share knowledge and create networking opportunities.
This year’s Yorkton Film Festival runs from May 22-24.
