Another court appearance has been made by a man, arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on the Ebb & Flow First Nation.
On December 15, Ste. Rose RCMP responded to a report of a shooting on a highway near Ebb & Flow.
They found a 34-year-old man lying beside a truck, and he was taken to hospital in Dauphin, where he died from his injuries.
53-year-old Cyril St. Paul is charged with Second Degree Murder, and in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), he was remanded in custody to June 10.
