Ste Rose RCMP have charged a McCreary woman with numerous offences, following an incident in that community early Thursday morning.
38-year-old Lacey Campbell remains in custody, facing several charges, including three counts apiece of Assault and Uttering Threats.
Around 2:45 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to a report of a person pointing a firearm in a home on Fourth Avenue, and at the scene, the homeowner told police that the female suspect, who was known to police, assaulted her and her two children, and threatened them with a firearm, though no one was hurt in the incident.
Mounties arrested the Campbell outside a home on Broderick Street, though they did not find the weapon.
