It looks like we could be in for some nasty winter weather as a system moves in. The forecast isn’t looking great, with a blast of snow and strong winds expected tomorrow. While it doesn’t appear to be a long-lasting storm, it’s definitely one that could have an impact.
Some areas across Saskatchewan and Manitoba could see up to 30 centimetres of snow, along with gusty winds that may reduce visibility and make travel difficult. Conditions could change quickly, especially on highways and rural roads.
If you don’t have to be out tomorrow, it might be best to stay put. If you do need to travel, make sure you’re prepared and keep checking the latest weather updates and highway conditions. You can find all of that information on our website at www.gx94radio.com.
Stay safe out there, drive with care, and good luck—by the sounds of it, we should all get those shovels ready to go.
