A new court date has been set for an RM of Cote man, arrested in connection with an assault and a subsequent search warrant.
49-year-old Trevor Chernoff was in Kamsack Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), where he had his matters adjourned to Jan. 13.
On Oct. 9, Kamsack RCMP received a report of an assault at a home in the RM of Cote.
The next day, they searched the home, and seized ten firearms, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, quantities of suspected drugs, and other drug paraphernalia.
