Another court appearance for man charged in Dauphin stabbing incidents

A new court date has been set for a Brandon man, arrested in connection with a pair of stabbing incidents in Dauphin.

31-year-old Marcus Mclean was in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), where he was remanded in custody to January 19.

In the early morning hours of May 29, Dauphin RCMP received a report that a 25-year-old woman had been stabbed outside a business in the city.

While on scene, Mounties received a report that a 53-year-old woman had been stabbed and sexually assaulted at a residence in Dauphin.
