A new development in the case of a Dauphin man, arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Dauphin RCMP were on patrol June 12, when they spotted 34-year-old Kyle Sutherland, and he was arrested without incident.
A search of Sutherland allegedly turned up a large amount of cash, along with crystal meth.
However, in Dauphin Provincial Court last week, the charges against him were stayed by the Crown Prosecutor.
