A Sioux Valley Dakota Nation man, who has pleaded guilty to manslaughter, has appeared in court again.
In November of 2022, Virden RCMP received a report of a disturbance at a home in Sioux Valley.
They found a 30-year-old woman with serious injuries, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
In Brandon Court of King’s Bench Friday, 23-year-old Ernest Blacksmith had his matter adjourned to April 14.
