One of the best sounds in the world is a steak hitting a hot grill. That instant sizzle tells you something good is about to happen. And honestly, what’s even better than one steak on the grill? Two steaks on the grill. Double the sound, double the anticipation.
We’ve been spoiled with some beautiful weather lately, and I’ve taken full advantage of it. Any chance I get, the grill is fired up. As far as I’m concerned, you just can’t beat food cooked on a grill or smoker. The flavor, the smell, the whole experience — it’s next level compared to cooking indoors.
The other day it was so perfect out that I had to shoot a video just to capture the sound. That steady crackle and sizzle is pure music. It’s the kind of sound that makes you stop what you’re doing, grab a cold drink, and just enjoy the moment.
