Another court appearance has been made by a man, charged in connection with a historical sexual assault in western Manitoba.
65-year-old Vincent Tacan was in Sioux Valley Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where his matters were adjourned to March 11.
Last May, a female victim notified the Virden RCMP that she had been sexually assaulted in 1984, when she was under the age of 16, and that the suspect was 24 at the time.
On November 5, Mounties arrested Tacan, and charged him with sexual assault.
