Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and I can’t wait for our annual GX94 Mother’s Day Request Show this Sunday 2-4pm SK time! It’s the perfect time to shout out to the amazing moms in your life with a song that’ll make her smile.
A few friendly tips:
- Let’s keep the focus on Mom! Skip the dad songs (unless it’s her absolute favourite) and pick something she’ll truly love.
- No get-together tunes like polkas, waltzes, schottisches, or jigs. However, we can absolutely have classic country songs and we can even go all the way back to the 40s (if that’s what mom wants.)
- And remember, “I don’t know, you pick” just won’t cut it! No one knows your mom better than you do, so make your request count.
Not only will you make her day extra special, but every request sent out to mom will also put her name in the running to win two tickets to see Corb Lund at Casino Regina on June 2nd. Let’s make this Sunday’s show unforgettable for all the incredible moms out there!
