An Ebb & Flow First Nation man, accused of uttering threats and killing a dog, has appeared in court again.
37-year-old Daniel St. Paul was in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Thu), where he was remanded in custody to June 23.
In February, Ste. Rose RCMP were called to Ebb & Flow, after they were told that a male suspect had threatened a person and assaulted a dog.
The dog was found dead from stab wounds.
The same suspect was also seen at another home in the community, where it’s alleged he threatened a person with violence.
