Another court appearance has been made for an R.M. of Cote man, arrested in connection with an assault, and a subsequent search warrant.
The matters for 49-year-old Trevor Chernoff were in Kamsack Provincial Court July 7, where a trial was set for Nov. 24-26.
His next court appearance is set for Sept. 4 in Yorkton.
Last October, Kamsack RCMP received a report of an assault at a home in the R.M. of Cote.
The next day, they searched the home, and seized ten firearms. hundreds of rounds of ammunition, quantities of suspected drugs, and other drug paraphernalia.
