Waffle Day at my place is a monthly occurrence! I mix up a whole box of Bisquick and keep the waffle maker running until all the batter is cooked into fluffy, golden waffles. Sure, I can only make one at a time, but I make it fun by setting up a cozy chair in the kitchen and binge-watching my favourite shows while I wait.
Homemade waffles just hit different! They’re fluffier than anything from the store and making them is a fun time for me. By the time I’m done, I have a freezer full of waffles ready for me all month long. Who doesn’t love a good waffle?
