Another court appearance has been made by one of two men, charged following a break-in and fire, that gutted the Rose Valley Hotel.
39-year-old Kevin Paulson, of Kelvington, and 22-year-old Dwayne Neapeatung, of the Yellow Quill First Nation, are both charged with arson, and possession of property obtained by crime.
In Rose Valley Provincial Court Aug. 5, Paulson was remanded in custody to Aug. 12, while Neapeatung failed to show up for court, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Police and firefighters responded to the business, in the early morning hours of April 13..
The hotel was completely destroyed, but no one was hurt.
