A Melville man, accused of shooting two Mounties, has appeared in court again.
55-year-old Markus Dodge was in Yorkton Provincial Court Aug. 7, where he was remanded in custody to August 21.
On the evening of June 21, two RCMP members received a report of an assault at a home in Melville.
When they arrived, a firearm was discharged, both officers were struck, and they received serious injuries.
The suspect surrendered to police, a few hours later.
