Alex Schmidt and Joergen Viken have repeated as provincial champions.
The Royal Regina Golf Club duo put together a dominant performance at Deer Park Municipal Golf Course in Yorkton over the weekend, finishing 12-under par to capture the 2026 Saskatchewan Mixed Championship.
For Schmidt, it marks her third straight Saskatchewan Mixed title. She won the championship alongside her father, Wayne, in 2024 before teaming up with Viken to claim the title last summer in North Battleford.
Schmidt and Viken opened with a seven-under 65 on Saturday before carding a five-under 67 Sunday for a two-round total of 132.
They finished six shots clear of Kathy Ziglo and Derek Schneider, who fired a final-round 67 to finish second at six-under 138.
Kim Walker and Ryan McNall, both from Regina, rounded out the podium at three-under 141 after rounds of 72 and 69.
Keaton Kelln and Holly Knudsen finished fourth at even par, while Lindsay Ledingham and Tyler Zaba were fifth at six-over.
Three teams tied for sixth at seven-over 151: Autumn and Troy Neiszner, Elanne Krainyk and Colton McAllister, and Nevin and Kristy Gloe.
The Yorkton pairing of Debbie and Kris Sapara finished tied for 15th at 14-over 158 after shooting consecutive rounds of 79.
It marks the first time since 2013 that Deer Park has hosted the Saskatchewan Mixed Championship.
