Do you ever look up at the sky and see a plane flying overhead and wonder who is on it and where they’re going? I do all the time. I can’t help but wonder about the people sitting inside.
Maybe someone is heading off to an important meeting, visiting family, or perhaps, even better, heading somewhere warm for a much-needed vacation!
I’ve always loved flying, but there’s something extra exciting about flying when you know you’re headed off on vacation. There’s just something about being at the airport, getting on the plane and knowing that a little adventure is waiting for you at the other end.
I’ve always said that one of the best parts of a vacation is actually booking it. Once it’s booked, the countdown begins. You have something to look forward to, something to think about when the days get busy and maybe something to help get you through those cold Prairie days.
And speaking of looking forward to something… I have a couple of things up my sleeve when it comes to vacations coming up and I couldn’t be more excited!
Now comes the hardest part — the waiting game!
I’ll be looking up at those planes a little differently knowing that before too long, I’ll hopefully be the one sitting up there wondering, “What’s waiting for me when we land?”
