Guilty pleas have been entered by a Dauphin man, arrested in connection with a weapon seizure in the city.
On March 28, Dauphin RCMP spotted a man outside of a convenience store, who they say was breaching the conditions of his release order.
When an officer tried to arrest him, he resisted, before being taken into custody.
Police say a search of the suspect’s bag, turned up a sawed-off shotgun, a knife, ammunition, a road flare, and drug paraphernalia.
In Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Thu), 42-year-old Daniel Gingera pleaded guilty to three charges, and was remanded in custody to November 10, for a pre-sentence report.
